Repair and supplies contracts available on all manufacture brands as long as you owned the equipment. Single function printers, multifunction, wide format (plotters), shredders, and Thermal barcode label machines.

Our lease and rental contracts include all inclusive contracts. Our maintenance agreement includes consumable supplies and regularly scheduled preventative maintenance.

Copier Maintenance & Repair Programs

We offer an all-inclusive maintenance plans to assist in managing your printer or copier maintenance and supplies, all for one monthly fee to keep your equipment running smoothly without unplanned maintenance costs. Our maintenance plan includes best practices, factory trained technicians, as well as a good response time.

On-Site Service

In the El Paso/Las Cruces & Juarez area we offer on-site service for Sharp, Canon, Kyocera, Okidata, Brother and Xerox, HP model copiers, fax, printers and mfp’s and so much more. We also service wide-format plotters. Our average response time in the area is usually within 24 hours.

Carry In Service

We are an Authorized Service center for laser printers and multifunction products and welcome carry in service. We are an Sharp authorized partner and can also service your laser printers and multifunction devices of most brands. Please call or email us for service rates and any questions you may have.

Maintenance Agreements

We offer several unique maintenance plans including Cost per copy contracts) on individual devices, blended CPC or just simple annual service agreements covering parts and labor. We can include additional support options on connected equipment to include IT on-site or remote support as well. We have several Managed Print Services plans as well with a variety of remote monitoring software to choose from allowing proactive service and supply fulfillment.
